Seriously,
Having the capability to “work as a manager” but at the same time being mentally unstable should be enough reason to cancel each other out. One is a positive and the other is an extreme negative. An aggressive, loud, yelling, verbally abusive boss is not a fit for the job. No matter how much creditonals they have.
It's crazy because if employees act how they act we would be deemed “unqualified”… but why do these higher ups get to go on power trips, abuse employees, fly off the handle at every single little insignificant event, and take out their anger issues on the nearest victim?
This is coming from a week's worth of BS at my job where our manager has yelled at us over the smallest things:
Putting the forks and knives at a 75 degree angle instead of 90
Not taking out the trash at 9:00 on the dot but at 9:07, because god forbid we arent watching our clocks and watches like they do and lose track of time actually doing work
Got screamed at because i didn't say hello upon entering the store because i had a bad day (my dog just had surgery).. i just ignored everyone that day and worked to myself
Spilling water on my apron
Just to name a few. WHY WHY WHY are these crazy insane folks in a position to “supervise” others?
