New manager brought workers from his previous place and decreased other staff’s hours.

I have been working banquets/catering for a hotel for nearly a year. Me and 3 other ladies were the newest hires. Two of them quit already, part was the new manager. I've learned how to do things but it is also hard to compete with coworkers who have been doing this for 10+ years. But I can carry a tray with ten plates, hold multiple plated, etc. So he brought in some people he used to work with and yeah, they cannot even carry a big tray or move a big cart with stuff on. Yet this manager prefers to give them priority and it's so unfair to the other workers. As I said two quit and the other one is rarely around since she got another job. I like this particular hotel, making some good money but is there anything I can do to get more hours? Manager said…

I like this particular hotel, making some good money but is there anything I can do to get more hours? Manager said he would give me more hours but haven't kept his word. It seems if the employees he brought cannot work the shifts, then he will give them to me.
