My job is sometimes based on the weather. Today, everyone else was told not to come in due to the rain expect for me.
I walked into the office to punch in and my boss was surprised that I was 'there early' and that there's no work today. Apparently he was just about to notify the 10 am people not to come in, meanwhile I've worked the 8 am shift for 6 months now and all the other morning workers somehow got notified. He at least let me punch in and I worked 1h45 out of a 9 hour shift.
This job has been pushing me in all other ways too, but I've stuck it out because it should end in about a month. But this lack of communication and lack of work due to the weather is really pissing me off.
Is there any reason to stay at this point?
