Basically a rant and also curious if I have any recourse against the company:
Over the weekend we find out 3 of our coworkers who all work in the same small space got Covid. Monday comes a calling and 2 of those people are BACK IN THE BUILDING!
To make matters worse I was assigned to a job in that same small space and wasn’t told any of this information about the Covid until I see one of the employees walk in.
I immediately left the area and told my supervisor I would not continue working in the same space as them.
Fast forward to Thursday and lo and behold I am now sick with Covid!
So now I’m losing time by staying home and the company just keeps moving forward.
Absolutely sucks
