still have access to survey site

Throwaway account I was fairly high up in the organization of my previous employer. When it came time to work on an accreditation renewal, a segment of the renewal dealt with stakeholders satisfaction, so it was decided that the survey account I had created for a previous project would be used to send out to stakeholders which happened to include staff. This survey site has an app which I had downloaded to my phone for convenience sake during the first project. I had eventually left this place because it was apparent that current leadership would only due the bare minimum to keep skeleton staffing levels which negatively affected service delivery. They did not take employee concerns seriously, complained about staff regularly, and gave newer staff concessions that would cause friction between veteran staff (for instance: a newer staff would be able to refuse a job assignment but a veteran staff…

This survey site has an app which I had downloaded to my phone for convenience sake during the first project. I had eventually left this place because it was apparent that current leadership would only due the bare minimum to keep skeleton staffing levels which negatively affected service delivery.

They did not take employee concerns seriously, complained about staff regularly, and gave newer staff concessions that would cause friction between veteran staff (for instance: a newer staff would be able to refuse a job assignment but a veteran staff would be told tough titties/deal with it/do your job-the contradiction in how employees are being treated causing significant morale issues ). I fought regularly for fairer compensation for staff and was regularly the pariah at leadership meetings for not being a yes person or agreeing with toxic leadership practices.

They must be prepping for newest accreditation renewal because I started getting alerts from the app that my latest survey has responses- and it’s an employee satisfaction survey. Apparently they never changed the login credentials after I left.

Guys, on one hand it’s good to know I made the best decision for myself but on the other I am saddened to know that my former co-workers are still dealing with the same crap and that nothing has improved.
