What it says on the tin. Was just passed up for a promotion in the job that I've been covering half of since it became open. At first it was embarrassing but now it's just insulting. They were fine to pay me an insulting $100 extra every two weeks to do the work but wouldn't give me the actual job. Boss tried to tell me it isn't personal and that it happens to everyone but I can't wait to get a new job and leave them scrambling. Good luck to the next poor fuck who has to carry that weight.
