Very fed up with my job and at a stage where there’s no real incentive to stay due to lack of opportunities or relevant areas to grow for my career should I get a promotion in the near future.
I’m very tempted to just quit without having a backup job lined up for my own mental health but of course would need to keep some money coming in, have others been in similar spots?
I’m thinking of temp or contract work but would like other options too, especially with not being sure about wanting to continue to be another cog in the machine but still needing to make enough money to just afford living these days
