I have applied to probably 300 jobs on indeed. I’ve interviewed for 20 or so and got 3 over the course of 4 years. I live in a small town but have applied to places hours a way to 15 mins away. Everyone’s talking about how there’s soooo many jobs and no one wants to work. Literally what the fuck.
