I was thinking about quiting my job and my colleague who is manager's pet said you are the one who would lose. He said you can be replaced with AI. ( I am a content writer)The company doesn't need me as much as I need a steady paycheck.
Should I quit and start looking for something else. I feel as though I have no one to talk to. No one understands me. I know that the economy is bad, but is sticking around here worth it for my mental health?
