My boss walked into work this morning with a new ring.
My boss always has expensive clothes and watched but this ring really pushed it.
I made a comment about it and they said “yeah if you would do what I told you. You can get one too”
This ring cost around $80,000. I googled it.
When I asked for a $3 an hour raise 2 months ago I was told
“No, you make commission. Sell more”
I make peanuts in commission and sorry I don’t like ripping people off by selling them add one and shit they don’t need.
It’s just like a slap in the face seeing where the money goes while I have to worry about what I’m going to have for lunch without going over budget.
