My first job fired me because I’m not a man.

I (19 F) got was asked to work a paid trial / training shift for a busser job at a local restaurant to me. It was my first job. I worked the 9 hour shift while being trained at the same time and the manager asked me to come in the next day for more training. When I came in he told me the owner wanted a man for the position and that it was not going to work out. When my mother (my only way of getting to work at I don’t own a car) asked the manager about it he said it was because I sat down. I did so on my 15 minute break in the employee area and was told nothing about it while working or the next day. Only asked if I was doing ok. I even asked the manager if taking my break was…
