I don't want to give away too many personal details, but I'm the manager at a care center in Maryland and one of my team leaders just let me know that our boss has been having her work 3 overnight shifts per week with her own child and has NOT been paying her.
She's an immigrant and my boss is absolutely taking advantage of her, but she doesn't want to report it herself. Is there anything I, as her manager, can do to get an investigation started? Preferably without listing my name, but it is what it is at this point. I'm just trying to get my people paid
