So I’ve only been in this job for about two months. It’s horrid. No training and expected to be perfect when it comes to everything. One little mistake is a write up. My co workers aren’t supportive and it’s basically like we’re all fighting eachother.
I want to leave but I’ve been there for so little. I’ve had a part time job for five years during school but I was told no one will care about that tenure, that’s it’s all about jobs when you graduate.
I’m planning on leaving early November and I started late July, even though I really would be there for around 3 months, would putting July-November sound much better?
