general vent / rant from a teenage worker

i’m sure several posts like this have been made before by people in my situation, but i truly feel so frustrated and need to get it off my chest. i’m 17, soon to be 18, i’m currently working my third job (i began working at 15). i’ve left both previous jobs because i felt i wasn’t being treated fairly, and hoped i would find something better, but im beginning to think there isn’t a such thing as a workplace that actually gives a shit about their workers as people. instead of warm bodies to keep their business running and drive profits up. i’ve had to deal with ableism from management at previous jobs (im autistic), sexual harassment from customers which management has done nothing about, management fighting with me about my own health, etc. while the place im at now is a lot better in most of these aspects, they…
