I work in this silly backwards cafe. But I really have been working hard there and I have tons of cooking experience in many professional kitchens. I thought I was going to get a promotion for lead but then they give it to someone else who is not as experienced and skilled. He probably got it just because I’m pretty much always depressed and it effects my day to day shit. But I know my value and the skills I’ve learned. The natural ability for me to learn on the spot. They don’t see me and I haven’t even gotten a raise when I asked they just put me off. What should I do? Quit today?
