My job(small business) is breaking the law working someone too hard. 80 days in a row. What are my options for turning my job in? Also want to get a Union in here.

Last year they worked her over a 100 days in a row. I’ve asked her and she said she’s scared to do anything because she doesn’t know what the owner will do. She keeps track on a calendar how many days she’s worked and the owner has seen it and has the audacity to get mad at her for keeping track. I feel bad for her and many would say it’s not my problem but I believe in worker solidarity and recognize if he does it to her he would try it with any of us
