I have a young lady I converse with regularly about adulting/launching. She started a new job at Dunkin, and first of all they pay like crap. Secondly, they take the tips to cover register if the register is short. Is this common? This is some garbage, because if I’m tipping, I want it to go to the employees, not some manager that knows they can swipe $20 every day from the cash and no one will know.
