Generally speaking, my work day ends as soon as I finish the tasks on my schedule. Regardless of this, about 20-40% of my work hours are comprised of short periods of time that I'm required to stay on the job sites even after the jobs have been completed due to some company policy that are very arbitrary about duration times of services. I am unable to clock out for lunch during these times, so when I take a lunch break it adds on 30 minutes to my work day. This is non-negotiable.

My manager called me In order to agressively demand me to follow the company policy to always take a lunch break during the specific time that has been inputted. I asked her point blank if I would be able to forego my lunch break or just take it at the end of the day because I don't need or want it and because of poor scheduling, it frequently makes me late for other appointments. Her response floored me. She said that company policy doesn't allow either of those options even with something signed from me allowing it. I looked into it, and this isn't true considering my state laws (see attached screenshot: 3).
