This week I was scheduled for two different 3hr shifts (5-8). I had complained about the first 3hr shift to a supervisor, and she agreed it was weird and asked me to come in at 3:30. That day however, we were done by 6:45 so i essentially only worked a 3hr shift. Plus, let’s say I didn’t happen to complain, would that mean I would have only worked from 5-6:45?? With traffic, commute to and from work is about an hour, so a 3hr shift is just not worth it. How do I tell my boss that it’s just not feasible for me?
