I am the manager of a fast food business and my workers are organizing a strike on Monday for the company not installing new AC for the past 6 months. The company keeps giving us the runaround and blaming it mostly on the vendor not being prepared.
It has been brutally hot with temps reaching 102 degrees in the restaurant. It has become a hazard not only for the employees but for customers as well since we are working with food. I fully support what they are doing and I'm asking for guidance on what the best course of action would be?
