I work in an office setting. The role is not for me and is really starting to wear me out. I have a lot of questions sometimes and co-workers are not always available to help me out of a jam. I know of two other opportunities which are perfect for me and pay almost as well, but these do not open for another three months, give or take. I hate being oncall (they increased this to once/twice per month instead of once every three months), my workload has increased significantly and now they're expecting us to dedicate weekends. And of course being salaried I am not paid extra for it. How do survive three months until another opportunity opens?
