It has been 15 months of me working as a sales agent for a company that has paid wildly below the cost of living. And quite frankly, I’m done struggling just to see our “numbers” keep growing, but my personal debt keeps adding up.

Our fiscal year just restarted and so did my PTO, which is given out as a lump sum, not accrued throughout the year.

Long story short, I’m actively searching for a new job, the holidays are fast approaching, and I have 4.5 weeks of vacation time left.
