My job is fully remote. I use the company laptop to access the work tools and softwares . We also required to use a VPN software that is already installed in the laptop.
The company policy allows working remotely only from within the country not from abroad.
I need to travel for some few months to back home for some family issues (my dad health) not for FUN and i do NOT want to lose my job.
Having said that, is there anyway i can connect my laptop from a network abroad and not get caught?
I know that people use VPN tool to connect to the county server but then i cant download the VPN app in the company laptop
