Lack of Guaranteed benefits makes changing jobs harder

I am looking around at other job offers now. Only to realize that the small business who offered me the job has much worse benefits then my current one. Plus given how they talked I think they have something called a “lowest cost technically acceptable” contract which worries me about the stability. To the point where I actually dont think the 10% raise is worth it. If the US had stuff like guaranteed healthcare, minium time off/sick time and some kind of guareenteed retirement I would totally consider this offer but I can't work for a place with less PTO and no 401k match.
