Hi there! I just wanted to take the time to complain here because InstaWork is the biggest shitshow of apps! I broke my phone and of course, I couldn't log into my app to book some shifts because they require a “One-time passcode,” just like everyone else in the world unfortunately (thanks scammers.) So, I started trying to contact them in any way I could. I called two different numbers and apparently, they don't even take calls or emails. They have an “unmonitored inbox” and when you call they direct you to the mobile app, but the problem is- I cannot connect to a mobile app! This is. literal proof of why we should not go automated or virtual, how can we rely on technology for everything? Smh!
