Fired for not wanting to work 60-70 hour weeks at $16 an hour

Pretty much the title. I work maintenance at a hotel for the last 2 years or so. They used the excuse that I'm not able to keep up with the amount of work there is even though I've been doing just fine for the last 2 years (coworkers and long term tenants both agree that I do a perfectly good job). I was building a wheelchair ramp for a new tenant and worked on it for all of 2 days before they decided I wasn't competent enough because it wasnt done yet. I told them it can either get done right or it can get done quickly but you cant have both. These are all the excuses they use when I know its because they always try to get me to work through my weekends and are constantly calling me and asking for help when im already done for the day. I told them I'm not okay with any of that for my current wage.

Now they have hired their incredibly stupid nephew and the tweaker that lives in one of our duplexes to do maintenance. Hey atleast the tweaker will work their ridiculous hours for them.
