Working for QVC

I have worked for QVC for the last two years and I must say it has been challenging for my mental health. OK so when I first started, it was OK and training the trainers was nice understanding if I needed to take a day off any questions I had they answered it. But when I got on the floor as they stay, because I work from home, those people were so nasty. My first supervisor told me if I can’t take a mentally abusive job then I need to find another one HR there’s nothing about their supervisors they lie to you and tell you that they have a recording system so when you ask the listen to your calls, if you get a complaint they make excuses that they’re not able to let you hear it for one reason or another another buddy comes to find out they…

My first supervisor told me if I can’t take a mentally abusive job then I need to find another one HR there’s nothing about their supervisors they lie to you and tell you that they have a recording system so when you ask the listen to your calls, if you get a complaint they make excuses that they’re not able to let you hear it for one reason or another another buddy comes to find out they don’t have a recording system. The customers can call and make falsified complaints. They ask who your side for formality.
But they really don’t care when you request a dispute they make up all kinds of excuses they handpick the HR representative they want to do your dispute. They don’t even let you write your own dispute. They tell you they will do it for you the management have favorites, the borderline races in some other customers I get yelled at every day of my customers cursed out, and I’m expect it to stay on the phone and listen to this. They will judge you on your tone of voice, but could care less if the customer is literally calling you racial slurs I have to takeoff on Juneteenth, because the first year they made it a holiday. The customers were so extremely racist, and sent me into an anxiety attack. once again, I contacted HR about this but once again, they did nothing so I do not recommend this job at all especially if you care about your mental health and you’re a person of color.
