As title says, the payroll lady accidentally over payed us double. 40 hours and 12 hours OT. They are now gonna be deducting from my next paycheck which will come out to like maybe 50 dollars, my manager told me I had to sign a paper Monday they never said anything about it and I never got to sign it, come today they emailed us they will be deducting from our next paycheck and do not need our consent to take the money they overpaid us. Is there anything I can do or just let them take it? I’m in California if that helps, thank you I’m advance
