I consider myself lucky for the job that I have. Am I misguided? (Trades Worker)

Hi everyone, first time posting here Currently, I am a CNC machinist working making medical equipment. As of right now I work 3×12 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and get paid $18 an hour and get paid for 40 hours despite only working 36. My boss is flexible with my hours if need be so if I need a weekend off I can get my hours during the week and have it off. I’m also able to get just about all the over time I like for as long as I like for the most part. Also I’m paid more if I work a certain amount of hours. 1-40hrs = normal rate ($18) 40-56hrs = 1 1/2 rate ($27) 56hrs+ = double pay ($36) My job is also not physically exhausting as I work making small parts that are made of plastic. Hi everyone, first time posting here

Currently, I am a CNC machinist working making medical equipment.

1-40hrs = normal rate ($18)
40-56hrs = 1 1/2 rate ($27)
56hrs+ = double pay ($36)

My job is also not physically exhausting as I work making small parts that are made of plastic. Because of the material we use we also don’t use oils or lubricants in the machines so I don’t go home dirty and smelly like in previous jobs. I’m also allowed to sit and don’t get in trouble for being on my phone for periods of time. The potential for me to grow at this company is amazing as well.

I love this job and it’s by far the best I’ve ever had in my 7 years of working (since I was 16/17). I’m about to leave this job and move out of the country (US) to go live with my wonderful fiancé in Sweden, where I’m terrified of having to do the whole job looking process again. I’m terrified of not finding a good job that won’t be killer like my previous jobs. I’m sure I’ll eventually land on my feet well (hopefully) but the fear is still there. I’m really hoping that I’m somehow just overhyping this job due to previous horrible jobs and not leaving behind something great. I’m happy to do it to be with my love but the anxiety gets to me sometimes. What do you guys think? Opinion from others in the trades would be much appreciated.

Edit: My health and dental insurance is paid by my employer, vision is $2 a check. I have a Health Savings Account that’s matched by my employer as well as a 401k that’s also matched. I’m given 80 hours of vacation every June plus I earn an hour of PTO for every 30 hours I work. My breaks are paid if I don’t leave the premises. I’m also a student and have only been doing CNC for about 2 years.
