Taking a stand against RTO

I’ve spent the last six weeks on paternity leave and supposed to return to work on Thursday. While I do plan to return to work, I’m will not be going back to that office. Prior to my leave, I voiced my disagreement with RTO and made several attempts to remain remote. These failed but I played by the rules during that time. The thought of going back to my toxic office fills me with so much dread and anxiety. My mental health is worth more to me than my company’s stance of “collaboration.” I realize I will likely be fired for this, but it’s time for me to take control of my life back. Hopefully my company will back down. I’ll update here if anyone is interested
