As stated, im starting a new chapter in my career. Im 30 years old and have worked in various warehouses for the past 12-15 years, so i know how it feels to be the man on the floor. But i need some advice on how i can become the best manager, i will be the direct manager of 6 people, 3 women in the early twenties, one man close to retirement, and 2 men in their twenties. This will be my first time, being someones boss. What do you appreciate in a manager?
