A friend told me that they are obligated by HR to dance the macarena a couple times a week, and if some doesn't join they get called out. HR also restructures their company all the time (each time worse than the other) and demand some to work on weekends.
Another friend was only given 3 unpaid weeks when she gave birth.
On my current job HR promotes toxic positivity .We have forced dayli meetings to say what we are grateful for. Sounds cute on paper, yes, but it becomes awful when you know everyone is being exploited and it shows that they go along of fear of losing their job.
Is HR full of aliens or they just enjoy being aholes?
