I just got suspended from work for a day and written up because I missed calls and voice-mails when nobody told me I needed to check voice-mails every day. Nobody else in HR actually does their jobs and it gets pushed on to me, but the moment one of my duties slips, it's all of a sudden a big deal. this place is exploitative, and pays me barely anything for the amount if work I do and they've screwed me before. I'm in the process of finding a new job, does anyone have any adivce?
