Crazy contract from H&M

So, i'm currently looking for a part-time possibly on call job to conciliate with my uni studies. One of the many announcement i contacted was for a sales advisor position at my nearest H&M in a mall. The announcement on indeed metioned that they were looing for a part timer and that the work was on call, perfect i thought. A week-ish later i got reached from the agency and the contract was… just crazy: It's an on call job. Theresn't a minimum or a maximum hour ammount. There'll be weeks when you will work for -or nearly- 0 hours and week when you will work for 40 hours. Since it's a on call job we will advice you THE DAY BEFORE on your turn schedule for the day after and if you will work or not for that day. The proposal seems already crazy but… then i said that…

The proposal seems already crazy but… then i said that this isn't what i thought the job offer was, since nothing of this was mentioned on the online announce, i also said that since i'm a student i couldn't guarantee my availability for every day of the week, especially with literally zero notice. The recruiter then said

Well, do your lecture require mandatory presence? if not you could always come to work, in case

Fuck that
