So I work for a health care company. For the most part, it's easy work, and I can work from home. My only issue is when an employee has a life-threatening sickness or event happen and is they can't get the time off, they ask all the workers to donate some of their PTO to the person.
We had one person who needed to be out for medical treatment, and the company gloated that their workers came together and donated 3 years' worth of PTO to this person.
