It's pretty fucking scary out there as job openings start at $13-15 an hour, and even lower, in the Midwest. I bet it's the same in other regions too. Given how everything has increased in price thanks to rising Federal Reserve interest rates, how in the fuck do they expect us to survive? (Spoiler alert: They don't.) Rising costs plus stagnant-no, I take that back-lowered wages equals an economic apocalypse. Objectively this system cannot sustain. The true top one percenters are in hoarde mode and we don't even get the crumbs, rather the microscopic bits instead. All these fucking employers know people are desperate and we're at their mercy in order to pay our bills. So that's why they are hiring at the unofficial minimal wage. Plus not to mention a majority of states are at-will.
It's the endgame.
