So I previously worke worked for 4 years as a secretary where i burned out and left and as an official assistant to the communication manager, digital marketing executive. Now i got a job as marketing secretary because my old comm manager commit fraud and they close the department.
When I was on the interview, the guy oversold me the job. I am used to work a lot and do important stuff, so when he told me about the incumbents of the marketing secretary job, i was like ok, sounds nice even tho I wanted to work in social media or marketing department. The department, even tho is named “Marketing Department ” is just Sales Department. We do nothing about marketing.
My job is just basic data entry, send factsheets to clients when requested and do flight tickets for managers. That's it. Im so bored. It is makes me depressed. And when I'm depressed I start to overthink, become bored, I slack and stuff do not goes well.
The company itself is nice. They have a lot of events for staffs to keep them in the company but the job is so boring.
Should I stay or should I go?
