I work for the local school system and we are in dire need of school bus aides, specifically for the special education buses. These are the bus routes that deal with the most important students considering their physical needs and limitations. Needless to say, you need really good people to want to work these bus routes because they do take a mental and physical toll on you.
Sooooo we are short 3 bus aides and I decided to send the job link to a friend who I believe would be a good fit until I realized the pay is $9.30 a fucking hour.
Who the fuck is going to wake up at 5:30am, or earlier, to be at the bus depot at 6am to run the routes till 9am to come back at 2pm till 5pm????
The school board can't figure out why nobody is applying.
No fucking shit….
