Tried Googlecouldnt find anything about it. But i was offered a job based on my backgroud check. They told me they go back 5 years. Goong back 5 years i have absolutley nothing there. But 7 years ago is a felony. I was then told I couldn't be hired. I live in Minnesota. Just looking to find out what my options are.
