Should I make an EEOC complaint?

TL;DR Observant Jew, got offered the chance to interview for a car dealership in admin., 9a – 6p. hours (cannot do 9-5 because of a required “unpaid lunch”), I agreed to comply with it, so long as I can get off @ 5p. on Fridays for religious adherence, told him it was a non-negotiable, individual wrote; “It's also non-negotiable with me. If you cannot work the schedule needed, then I won't be able to interview you. I wish you well on your job search. Thank you for your time.” They fail to even try to work out a fair deal on the matter. Just shut it down. I am more than qualified for the role. I could’ve worked earlier or later on other days to make up for the lost hour.
