I was hired a year ago along with three others, we all are up to 19-20 now. Meanwhile people with 2-8 years on them are making less than us. All same job title. I've been thinking we should go as a group and talk to management. What do we say exactly? Also single income to afford housing in my state is 25+, at will state if it matters. Form a union?
