After resigning (with notice) yesterday, leadership sent out a message about my upcoming departure to our tiny staff (less than 10). I've worked closely with these people for over 4 years and not one of them has reached out to me. So much for “family!” Let this be a lesson to you. Your coworkers are not your family and your employer does not give a damn about you. Take care of yourself first ALWAYS.
