Problematic HR person

I work for a small water treatment company (less than 50 employees). It’s one of those “we’re a family” kind of atmospheres (). We’ve had issues with my boss saying slurs regarding people with autism along with gay people in regular conversation. I’m queer, and I have autism. I’ve reported him a couple of times and it’s been “dealt with.” I had to speak to our HR manager recently about her use of “special education” to describe the way something looks. She did not take the criticism well at all. On top of this, in a casual conversation with my boss, I heard her use “gay” in a derogatory manner several times over. Has anyone else dealt with this? I’m wondering if a chat with the GM might be an appropriate course correction… or I suppose I should look for another job. It’s super unfortunate, as I’ve been pretty content…
