Those personality tests that they require for job applications – what kind of personality do they want? Are they looking for the most docile, pushover, “I’ll do whatever you want boss” submissive type?

I'll click whatever boxes are needed to get the job, but I'm confused what they're actually looking for. Even when I select the most placid, “I'll let myself get steamrolled and exploited” personality options, I am still not getting hired.
