Been working in government contracting for several different companies over the years. With the recent company merger the acquiring company management started to gas lighting me to get me to quit. Both of them are racist narcissists and have no empathy. I would be micromanaged about every little detail, complained about minor things, and even control me for things such as what time I am to come and leave work. While the manager gets to come and go as she please, WFH while i have to stay in the office, and given special treatment. I could tell from their actions and they way their evil eyes look at me that they did not like me being a minority. Being both a lowly worker and minority I was eventually quietly pushed out of the company with no one to side with me. Worst company I ever worked with. Is there any way to fight this discrimination or is it a lost cause and should just move on? Any recommendations would be great.
