Does anyone know a dr i can get a note from? I work at night and i can’t sleep, because i can’t sleep i am under a great deal of stress and anxiety. My work won’t allow me to switch unless i have. valid note and the dr needs to sign an accommodation letter so they switch me. i’d go to a dr here in my town but i don’t have medical insurance. And the dr i used in Mexico won’t sign the accommodation letter. i need to switch before i lose my mind. any ideas or know someone who can help?
