I’m a good server and will do things that are asked, but with that comes management taking advantage of me. The better I am at my job the more I’m getting f*cked. The company is on the brink of bankruptcy and is getting multiple lawsuits from employees and maybe even a big class action lawsuit. What sucks is that this job makes pretty good money. I average $4k a month at this job, therefore the job search is going horribly. Either I work another job that is super demanding of myself or work an entry level job, I will still make more at this job than at other ones. The hours I work are also smack in the middle of the day, which leaves me with little room to do other things. On my days off, I just dissociate and zone off for hours. I hate this job and working so much. It’s truly places like these that makes it hard for everyone to maintain a sustainable lifestyle. Even though I make this much, it is still hard and I’m still paycheck to paycheck.
