while he pays his entire office (35 people) minimum wage. I just got outta college and snatched the first job i could (Astro phys, UCSD) I’m an engineer getting paid 25 an hour which is WAYYYY under market. I’m making the same amount as the marketing manager and only the GM make more than us. the rest is minimum wage (15) i’m in Nevada. yet the company makes 12 mil a year. lmao i’m leaving after 6months to get a higher paying job. it just sucks because i like the people i just can’t live on 25 an hr.
