I’m terrified of my manager

So I work at a pizza joint about 10 hours a week (I’m a substitute full time). I have gotten good mentions in our Google reviews. I’m always sweet to everyone here and am ready to help. Most of my managers, coworkers, and customers are super nice. That is, except for the AGM, whom I will call “Karen” here. This lady is perfectly chummy with the other managers and kitchen people, but is super mean to me. Literally has not said one nice thing to me in my three months working here. Very easily tells me every tiny thing I’m doing wrong but never what I’m doing right. Talks to me like I’m a child, treats me like an idiot, even though we’re close in age. For instance, I asked where to put the pizza boxes I had folded, and all she said was “where we always do (even though we rarely use that particular box size; it was a kid’s pizza box),” then got super frustrated/impatient when I couldn’t find it right away. If I don’t respond to the phone in one ring (our company guideline is two rings), I get yelled at. I’m (almost certainly) autistic and walk around the place like Steve from Blue’s Clues; she’s yelled at me for that. She’s very good at killing my enthusiasm for the job and my good mood when I do something right. Exactly like my mom. Karen was in Spain for a few weeks and I was thinking (and hoping to the gods) that she would stay there. I try to ignore her when possible, asking my other coworkers or the GM when I need help. Like, I’ll ask specifically for any coworker that is not her.

Seriously, if I had a Boggart from Harry Potter, it would turn into Karen. I’m scared to death of her. I’m just glad I only have to see her ugly mug for 10 hours a week.
