So, I’ve been at my company for 1.5 years and in my time there, I’ve seen 4 people in my office fired due to poor performance and I’m pretty sure I’m next based on my 1-1s/reasons for prior firings. That isn’t normal, right? Like 4 people in 1.5 years is a lot, right? There’s only 22 people in my office but it’s one office of many.
I’ve also seen 3 people quit in my time there which seems like a lot. I am currently looking for a new job but wanted to know if this was a normal amount or if this is way high lol
